does anybody of you actually have the grim album?

I just bought it and wanted to be sure the gay seller didn't trick me.

How can I best find out, whether it is a frostbitten original?

there have never been any album, but if you're talking about the INM 7" EP, so yes. There is a limited number of copies.

But since you don't have any pictures, then I can't tell you anything more.

i have #195. I've never heard of this 7'' being bootlegged so i'm not sure how to spot a fake.

I'd assume if a bootleger did have a go at it, that'd they be too lazy or cheap to make them different numbers and that they'd just print the same one over and over, but i've never heard of two people reporting having the same one.
